I set up stoneletters over 20 years ago, and my fine memorials can be seen throughout the uk including St Paul’s Cathedral. I listen quietly and offer advice, but I do not hurry, and I am open to ideas. My approach is kind and sympathetic.
My work tends to be quite traditional and my conviction is that finely carved lettering and pleasing spacing are fundamental; simplicity is the key. I am based just over an hour from London, just outside Oxford. I have recently published a book: Headstones – advice & inspiration.
