Delivery & returns policy


No quibble return or exchange policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. If you would like to return anything, for any reason, please do. We will exchange any item or give you a full refund, including standard postage. Plus we give you a whole month to make up your mind, (seven days for sale items). All we ask is that your items are in tip top condition, so please take reasonable care.


  1. Complete and enclose the returns form.

  2. Make sure you enclose the item’s original packing and tags.

  3. Return within 30 days of purchase.

We recommend that you get a proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

The refund or exchange value will be the amount you paid for the item. If you exchange for an item which costs less we will refund you the difference.

Express delivery cannot be refunded if you cancel or return your order.

We are not responsible for the cost of return postage, other than for the return of incorrect or faulty items. However we may offer free returns as part of a special offer from time to time.


We will usually deliver your product within 5 working days.

Delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes. Delivery times stated are approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. Goods may be sent to you in several packages, but you will only be charged for delivery once.
