This collaborative piece is inspired by a quote from the Dalai Lama: ‘The only constant in the whole universe is change’. ‘Tabdil’ means ‘change’ in Urdu, and ‘rigpa’ is a Tibetan Buddhist word meaning ‘the innermost nature of the mind’.

“We saw the project as an opportunity to expand our understanding and awareness of the multicultural world we are part of, taking on board influences from different cultures and religions, and expressing them through the aesthetic and medium we are both passionate about. We had no clear idea what the outcome would be. It has been a journey of discovery.”
