Whilst we try our hardest to make sure that every item on the website is in stock, occasionally some items may not be available. If an item is out of stock we will email or telephone you to let you know. We will advise you when we expect the item to be available, and you can then decide whether you would like to wait, order an alternative item, or cancel your order. We only take payment when we are able to despatch your item and you will only be charged postage once, even if your order comes in more than one parcel.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
All prices include sales tax where applicable.
No contract of sale will exist between you and the Lettering Arts Trust until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email.
Discount vouchers cannot be used on sale products.

You are trusting us with your details, and this is something we take extremely seriously. For this reason we have chosen PayPal to process your payments.

All orders are subject to security checks by PayPal. The Lettering Arts Trust cannot be held liable for delay or non-delivery if your card issuer declines to authorise payment.

You guarantee that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by contacting the Lettering Arts Trust by e-mail, or calling us on 01728 688 393 between 9.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

If at any time you wish us to remove your details from our database please contact us via email, in writing or by telephone 01728 688 393.

We have done all we can to prevent internet fraud and ensure that data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our or our payment partner’s servers.
