Our Privacy and GDPR Policy

We collect and hold information only so that we can contact you to deal with your orders and enquiries and OCCASIONAL relevant marketing, we do not share your information with any 3rd party and our website is secured with HTTPS.

Newsletter Sign up. If you sign up to our newsletter we collect your name and email address and will email you invitations and updates about our work, from which you can unsubscribe, either via the link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us on  info@letteringartstrust.org.uk.

Contacting us by email or telephone. If you contact us by email or telephone we will keep your details so that we can deal with your enquiry efficiently. We will use this to contact you and have ongoing correspondence with you.  We may occasionally email you about our work in the form of an e-newsletter from which you can unsubscribe either via the link at the bottom of the email or contacting us on info@letteringartstrust.org.uk.

Website Forms. We collect your details via enquiry forms through the website, as per the fields listed on the forms. We will use this to fulfil our agreement with you and have ongoing correspondence where necessary and may occasionally email you about our work in the form of an e-newsletter from which you can unsubscribe either via the link at the bottom of the email or contacting us on info@letteringartstrust.org.uk.

Third party integration.  Our website uses third party services to help us manage and promote our website. Our analytics are provided by Google Analytics and Squarespace and contain anonymous data, our mailing-list is managed by Mailchimp containing names and email addresses and our enquiry back up is held by Google Drive containing the contents of the form fields submitted. We use Stripe to securely process payments and Paypal to securely process recurring payments. Finally, we use G-suite for all email correspondence. Purchasing via our website. We collect your contact and billing address and payment information to process your order and collect the monies.

  • We hold your contact details. we use this to fulfil our agreement with you and have ongoing correspondence where necessary and may occasionally email you about our work in the form of an e-newsletter from which you can unsubscribe either via the link at the bottom of the email or contacting us on  info@letteringartstrust.org.uk.
  • We do not hold your payment details. All payment information is encrypted for the payment purpose and we then do  not hold any 'user accounts', credit or debit card information.

Purchasing annual subscriptions via paypal. Our recurring subscription payments for Friends & Patrons are handled by Paypal and conform to Paypal's User Agreement Policy.  For more information on Paypal's terms please log into your Paypal account.
