An update from our apprentice Matt Loughlin

Matt shares some of the lessons he has learned during the first year of his apprenticeship with master carver Eric Marland. He explains the processes involved in the design and carving of his first apprentice alphabet.  The finished piece is now on display at the Lettering Arts Centre.
