Emi Gordon

I studied calligraphy and lettering for more than 5 years before I moved on to lettercutting.  

A sound knowledge of calligraphy and lettering gives me a solid base for making inscriptions of a high standard.  My lettercutting training was in a workshop which has kept Eric Gill's workshop tradition.  The experience in the workshop gave me the craft skills of handing various tools and types of stone.
