This important exhibition features the work of a new generation of letter carvers, who are taking influences from other areas and are not bound by the conventions of formalised lettering.

The exhibition includes a broad range of people with different backgrounds, some of whom have enjoyed and benefited from the Lettering Arts Trust apprenticeship and journeymen schemes, as well as others who have developed their own practice, attended City & Guilds London School of Art & Goldsmiths College, bringing additional external influences and disciplines to create their own signature styles.

All of them share the love of letter forms.
