Wild Little Letters!

A fun, hands-on creative session for the mini-visitor as part of our ‘The Lost Words - forget me not’ exhibition. The day is packed full of sticking, drawing and object discovery. Discover some of the ‘lost words’ on the beautiful Snape Maltings site with a Suffolk Wildlife Trust expert and bring your finds back to our gallery to make your own free-standing letter sculpture with lettering artist, Mark Brooks.

Have fun exploring the shapes of the alphabet using your found natural materials. We will learn about modern and traditional styles of letters as we build our sculptures. Suitable for ages 5 - 12, children MUST be accompanied by a parent/care-giver. Booking is essential as places are limited. If you are unable to attend once you have booked your ticket, in order to cover our administrative costs, we regret that no refunds will be possible.
